Gaurisha Astro Services OPC Pvt. Ltd. (“the Company”, “we”, “us”, “our”) operates Cosmic at
cosmic.gaurishaastro.com (the “Service”). This Privacy Policy explains what information we
collect, how we use it, and your choices. By using the Service, you agree to this Policy.

We collect only the information needed to operate the Service and generate your readings:
• Email address — for your account, login, and communication.
• Phone number — for your account and verification.
• Birth details — your date of birth, time of birth, and place of birth, used to compute your
astrological chart.
• Wallet balance and usage — your prepaid balance and a record of usage charged for
billing.
We may also collect basic technical information automatically (such as IP address and
device/browser information) for security, abuse-prevention, and reliability.
1.1 Chats
Your conversation messages with the AI are processed to generate a response in real time and
are not saved as part of your profile. The app indicates that chats are not stored. (Limited, shortlived processing may occur transiently to produce a reply.)

2. How We Use Your Information
• To create and manage your account.
• To compute your astrological chart and generate readings.
• To operate the prepaid wallet and bill usage.
• To provide customer support and respond to your queries.
• To protect the Service against fraud, abuse, and security threats.
• To comply with applicable legal obligations.

3. Third-Party Processing
To deliver the Service we use trusted third-party providers, including cloud hosting and
database providers, an AI model provider that processes your prompt to generate a reading,
and a payment gateway that processes wallet top-ups. These providers process information
only to perform their function for us. Payment card, UPI, and banking credentials are entered
directly with the payment gateway and are never collected or stored by us.

4. Data Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with the service providers
described above, or where required by law, regulation, or valid legal process, or to protect our
rights and the safety of users.

5. Data Security
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information, including
hashed passwords and secured sessions. No method of transmission or storage is completely
secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

6. Data Retention
We retain account information (email, phone, birth details, wallet) for as long as your account is
active or as needed to provide the Service and meet legal, accounting, or reporting
requirements. You may request deletion of your account as described below.

7. Your Rights
Subject to applicable law, you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal
information. To make a request, contact us at info@gaurishaastro.com. We may need to verify
your identity before acting on a request. Deleting your account may forfeit any remaining wallet
balance, which is non-refundable.

8. Age Policy — 18+ Only
The Service is intended only for individuals aged 18 years or older. By using the Service you
confirm you are at least 18. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
If we become aware that we have collected information from a person under 18, we will delete
that information and the associated account. If you believe a minor has provided us information,
contact info@gaurishaastro.com so we can take appropriate action.

9. Cookies and Sessions
We use essential cookies and similar technologies to keep you logged in and to operate the
Service securely. These are necessary for the Service to function.
10. Changes to this Policy
We may update this Policy from time to time. The version published within the Service is the
current version. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy.

This Policy is governed by the laws of India, with exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Mumbai,
