Gaurisha Astro Services OPC Pvt. Ltd. (“the Company”, “we”, “us”, “our”) operates the Cosmic
application and website at cosmic.gaurishaastro.com (the “Service”). By creating an account,
accessing, or using the Service, you (“user”, “you”) agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do
not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. Nature of the Service
Cosmic is an AI-assisted guidance service drawing on Vedic astrology, numerology, and related
traditional knowledge. The astrological calculations are generated by software; the
interpretations and predictions are AI-assisted and provided for guidance, reflection, and
entertainment purposes only.
The Service does NOT provide professional advice. It is not a substitute for qualified medical,
legal, financial, psychological, or any other professional consultation. You should not make
important life decisions solely on the basis of content provided by the Service. Always crosscheck with a qualified human professional before acting on any guidance.
• No outcome, prediction, or remedy is guaranteed.
• Astrological interpretation is subjective and provided “as is”.
• You are solely responsible for any action you take based on the content.

2. Eligibility — 18+ Only
The Service is intended only for users who are 18 years of age or older. By using the Service,
you confirm that you are at least 18 years old. We do not knowingly permit minors to create
accounts or make payments. If we learn that a user is under 18, we may suspend or delete the
account.

3. Accounts
You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep your login
credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account. We may suspend or
terminate accounts that violate these Terms, are used fraudulently, or abuse the Service
(including repeated failed login attempts or automated access).

4. Paid Model — Per-Minute Billing
The Service operates on a paid, usage-based model. Except where a free allowance is
expressly offered, use of the AI reading feature is charged on a per-minute basis from your
prepaid wallet balance.
• A limited free usage allowance may be offered each day at our discretion.
• Beyond any free allowance, usage is billed per minute of active use, rounded up to the
next whole minute.
•  Current rates and any free allowance are shown within the app and may be changed by
us at any time, with the rate in effect at the time of use applying to that use.
• Idle time, where detectable, is not billed; the app indicates active billing where
applicable.
We reserve the right to modify pricing, the free allowance, billing method, and packages at any
time. Changes apply prospectively from the time they are published in the app.

5. Wallet
To use paid features you add money to a prepaid wallet within the Service. The wallet stores a
balance in Indian Rupees that is consumed as you use paid features.
• The wallet balance can only be used within the Service to pay for Service features.
• The wallet is not a bank account, payment instrument, or store of value, and earns no
interest.
• The wallet balance does not expire.
• Wallet balances are personal to your account and are non-transferable.

6. Refund Policy
All wallet top-ups are final and non-refundable.
Once money is added to your wallet, the amount is non-refundable and cannot be withdrawn,
transferred, or converted back to cash. Wallet funds may only be used to pay for features within
the Service. Please add only the amount you intend to use.
6.1 Failed or duplicate payments
If a payment is deducted from your bank or payment instrument but the corresponding amount
is not credited to your wallet (for example, a failed or duplicated transaction), contact us at
info@gaurishaastro.com with the transaction details. We will verify the transaction with our
payment partner and, where a genuine failed or duplicate charge is confirmed, credit the correct
amount to your wallet or arrange a reversal as applicable. This is the only circumstance in which
an adjustment is made.
6.2 Service interruptions
If a paid reading materially fails to deliver due to a verified technical fault on our side, you may
contact us and, at our reasonable discretion, we may credit the affected amount back to your
wallet. This does not apply to dissatisfaction with the content, interpretation, or predictions,
which are inherently subjective.

7. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the Service. Prohibited conduct includes attempting to access other
users’ accounts, automated or bulk access, attempting to bypass billing or free-usage limits,
reverse engineering, transmitting unlawful content, or using the Service for any unlawful
purpose.

8. Intellectual Property
All software, content, design, and branding of the Service are owned by or licensed to the
Company. You may not copy, redistribute, or create derivative works without our written
permission. Content generated for you in a reading is for your personal use.

9. Availability
We aim to keep the Service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. The Service
is currently available as a website and progressive web app; mobile app-store availability is
pending. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time.

10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company is not liable for any indirect, incidental,
consequential, or special damages, or for any decision made or action taken in reliance on the
content of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service shall not exceed the
unused wallet balance in your account at the time the claim arises.

11. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The version published within the Service is the
current version. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute relating to the Service shall be
subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Mumbai, India.
